All services are offered through telehealth, allowing for flexible, accessible care that fits into your life.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who are navigating emotional stress, burnout, or substance use concerns while trying to keep up with the demands of daily life.

Individual Therapy for Adults

I provide virtual therapy for adults navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, substance use, and co-occurring mental health concerns—while balancing the demands of everyday life.

Sessions are tailored to your needs and typically held weekly or bi-weekly. I offer flexible scheduling, including evening and limited weekend availability, to fit into your routine.
