Care led by an experienced clinician who understands the realities of everyday life
About the Founder & Therapist
Dana Mills | LPC, LCADC
I’m the founder of Centerline Clinical Group and am dually licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), allowing me to provide specialized support for both mental health and substance use concerns.
I work with adults navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, and substance use—often while balancing demanding careers and responsibilities. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or mentally drained, but aren’t sure where to start.
My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you create meaningful, sustainable change. Together, we’ll build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward a version of your life that feels more manageable and aligned with your goals.
My background includes experience across a range of treatment settings, from substance use programs and outpatient care to individual therapy. I’ve also held leadership roles supporting the development of clinical programs and services.
I understand the challenges of balancing work, personal responsibilities, and mental health, and I strive to create a space that feels supportive, practical, and grounded in real-life experience.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, confidential care that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Many of my clients are used to being the ones who hold everything together— therapy becomes a space where they don’t have to.
