Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy for adults navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the demands of everyday life.

What to Expect in Therapy

In our work together, therapy is centered on helping you identify meaningful goals and move toward sustainable, realistic change.

Sessions focus on building insight, strengthening coping strategies, and addressing patterns that may be impacting your personal and professional well-being. The process is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs.

Whether your goals involve managing stress, improving emotional regulation, reducing substance use, or creating better balance in your life, therapy provides a supportive space to work through challenges and make lasting progress.

You don’t have to have everything figured out—therapy is a place to start where you are and move forward at your own pace.

Not sure where to start? Reach out and we can talk about what you’re looking for.

Substance Use & Co-Occurring Treatment

I work with individuals navigating substance use concerns alongside anxiety, stress, depression, or burnout.

Whether you’re exploring change, in early recovery, or maintaining long-term recovery, therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to better understand patterns, build stability, and move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

In your first session, we’ll talk through what is bringing you in, explore what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and begin to identify how I can support you moving forward.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out — your first session is simply a place to start.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes — all sessions are held virtually through a secure telehealth platform, so you can attend from the comfort of your home or any private space.

Do you offer evening appointments?

Yes — I offer limited evening availability to accommodate work schedules. We can discuss options during your initial consultation.

Are services confidential if I am employed?

Yes — therapy is confidential and follows strict legal and ethical guidelines to protect your privacy. Your information is not shared without your consent, with a few standard exceptions required by law.

What if I’m not sure if therapy is right for me?

That’s completely okay. Many people feel unsure at first. The initial consultation is a chance to ask questions, get a feel for the process, and decide if it feels like a good fit—there’s no pressure to commit.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, services are private-pay. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide documentation for potential reimbursement.

How often will we meet?

Session frequency is tailored to your needs. Many clients start with weekly sessions and adjust over time based on their goals and progress.

How do I get started?
